處理容易,只需將雞隻取出放入焗爐,40分鐘後便即可享用新鮮熱辣的「印度燒雞」! 

 

儲貯:保持冷凍  StorageKeep frozen

 

 

烤焗方法:春雞早一日轉放雪櫃內解凍。烤焗前把雞自膠袋取出,放在已鋪錫紙的烤盤上(皮朝上),放入已預熱至220C的焗爐內烤約25分鐘至皮焦香。隨即把爐溫調低至180C,繼續烤約15分鐘至雞熟透。取出,上碟,伴檸檬角趁熱享用! 

 

Roasting method: Defrost the chicken in the fridge one day before consuming. Once defrosted, remove the chicken from bag & put on a roasting tray lined with aluminium foil, skin side up.  Roast the chicken in preheated oven at 220C for about 25 minutes until the skin is lightly charred. Reduce oven temperature to 180C & continue roasting for a further 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven & serve hot with lemon wedge.
