Premium Kurobuta pork slow-cooked for 28 hours in a spicy secret-recipe sauce. The resulting Chashu is succulently tender and pairs perfectly with a steaming bowl of Japanese Ramen in our richly flavoured Ramen Broth (sold separately)

享用建議:

日式叉燒解凍後,放於已煮熟的拉麵上,淋下熱湯即可享用。

Serving suggestion:

Defrost and put the chashu on top of the cooked ramen. Ladle with hot ramen broth and enjoy!
