烹調方法:鍋內放入3湯匙凍水。黑毛豬臉頰解凍後,連汁液放入鍋內,慢火加熱及煮沸,約15分鐘,便可上碟與意粉、白飯或薯茸伴食享用!

 

Reheating method:  Put 3 tbsp water in a pot. Defrost the Iberico pork cheeks & transfer to the pot together with the sauce. Reheat over low heat with lid on, & bring to a full boil, about 15 min. Serve hot with pasta, rice or mashed potato.
