This is a classic meat sauce from Bologna in North Italy. The ratio of pork to beef is the secret to this glorious meat dish cooked slowly in a sauce of red wine and fresh ingredients. An authentic Spaghetti Bolognese approved by Italian nonna that will delight your tastebuds!

享用建議:

解凍後拆袋,放鍋內加入6湯匙熱水煮熱,意粉另外烚好後放入肉醬內同用中火煮5分鐘至汁液變稠,可加入2湯匙凍牛油塊,拌勻調味,趁熱享用。

Serving suggestion:

Defrost and remove from bag.  Reheat in pan with 6 tablespoons of water. Cook pasta separately and add to ragu once cooked. Cook together on medium heat for 5 min. Stir in 2 tablespoons of chilled butter (optional) and season. Serve hot.
