A much-loved, classic Hong Kong-style western dish made with Annie Wong's secret recipe. Thick slices of ox tongue in a delicious, thick sauce is just a treat.

 

Storage 貯存方法:

Keep frozen 保持冷凍

 

享用建議:

解凍後拆袋,放鍋內加入5湯匙凍水,慢火加熱15分鐘至熱透,伴香飯、意粉或脆豬仔包享用。

Serving suggestion:

Defrost and remove from bag. Put in pan with the sauce and 5 tablespoons of

tap wate. Reheat over low heat for 15 min. Serve hot with rice, pasta or bread.
