This French spring chicken is marinated and roasted with chilli, garlic, lemon and a whole bunch of spices to produce a finger-licking meal. A must in a BBQ feast!
Keep frozen 保持冷凍
Defrost and remove from bag. Preheat oven to 220oC. Spread out chicken in a roasting tray lined with tin foil, skin side up. Roast for 45 min until the chicken skin is brown. Remove from oven and enjoy!
